The new creation of the hot-spread Corintis A has successfully raised funds and found Chen Liwu as director

Corintis, a Swiss new founder with high-performance AI chip heat dissipation technology, announced on September 25, announcing the completion of the A-wheel financing, totaling US$24 million, and announced the extension of Intel executive director Lip-Bu Tan to join the board of directors, aiming to win the first place in the field of semiconductor cooling technology.
According to foreign media reports such as Reuters, Corintis is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, and focuses on the "microfluidic cooling" technology. The method is to etch tiny grooves on the back of the wafer to allow the coolant to flow directly on the surface of the wafer. Compared with the traditional cold plate, the temperature drop due to layer barriers, and the heat dissipation efficiency can be three times higher than that of traditional methods.
After the completion of this round of financing, Corintis's valuation has reached US$400 million. Corintis said that it will use the proceeds to enrich its operations, expand production scale, and plans to set up locations in the United States to get closer to customers and expand the local market.
Corintis currently has an annual production capacity of about 100,000 tablets for cold plates, and its goal is to challenge the annual production capacity of 1 million tablets in 2026.
Corintis also announced the personnel changes of the board of directors and asked Intel executive director Chen Liwu to serve as director. Corintis pointed out that Chen Liwu had joined the board of directors before taking over as Intel's executive chairman in March this year, and was also the chairman of the risk investment company Walden International to help Corintis lay out the AI hot market.
