British media: Son Heung-min is doubtful to stay, Kudus, Ter and Solank join forces to attack in the new season
Recently, British media football.london talked about bringing Tottenham's lineup change in the new season. They said that with the uncertainty of Kulu's injury and Son Heung-min's future, Kudus, Ter and Solank will form a frontcourt offensive combination.
Tottenham has a rich range of attack line choices in the 2025/26 season, and coach Frank may soon welcome another new player. If Tottenham can complete a transfer deal with Nottingham Forest about Gibbs White, the midfielder will join the team.
The transfer encountered some obstacles on Friday as Nottingham Forest interrupted all communication and considered legal action on Tottenham’s so-called illegal contact and leaked confidential termination clauses. Tottenham had intended to activate Gibbs White's £60 million termination clause and arrange for him to undergo a medical examination on Friday.
The transfer is currently on hold, but Tottenham still hopes to continue to push forward the deal. If successful, it will be another major signing after Mukudus joined from West Ham United for £55 million.
Kudus offers Frank a variety of offensive options, but he mainly serves on the right wing at West Ham. Given that Tottenham has spent a lot of money on the 24-year-old, he is likely to start. Kudus will compete with Johnson, Kulusevsky, Odobel and Liang Minke for the right-wing position. It is uncertain when Kulusevsky will return from injury, but he has always been an important member of Tottenham.
Gibbs White could be the new choice for the No. 10 position, the 25-year-old performed well in Nottingham Forest, helping the team qualify for European competition. His joining will bring new vitality to Tottenham. As for Madison's position in the starting lineup, it remains to be seen. What Tottenham needs is competition, and rotation will be very important, especially when injuries occur frequently last season.
On the left wing, whether Son Heung-min stays in the team is a big question in the new season. The long-time player has been rumored to be leaving the team after spending ten years in the capital. If he leaves, Terr may become the main force on the left.
Although he failed to fully demonstrate his strength during his loan period, Terr has proved his talent. Frank may further inspire his potential. In addition, Richarlison, Odobel, Solomon and Moore are also choices on the left. On the forward line, Solank will lead the front line. With the support of Kudus and Gibbs White, he is expected to get more goals. If Solank is not in the team, Richarlison will be the first choice, and Scalett will be the other choice. Terr can also be a forward, but he is obviously more adaptable to the left.
With Kulusevsky's injury unknown and Son Heung-min's future uncertain, Kudus, Gibbs White and Terr may form a front four behind Solank.
