My beloved cat died in a car accident and was buried, but miraculously "resurrected" the next day
Is there such a magical thing? Sonoras has a cat friend Loki, and they have lived together for three years. Sonoras lets Loki come and go as he pleases, and he often spends most of his time playing outside, but the cat always comes home on time.
One day, when he came home from get off work, he found the body of his cat friend on the side of the road. Sonoras said: "The thing that scared me happened, I was driving and saw a black thing on the road. At first I thought it was a sweatshirt or something. But when I got closer, I saw it was a black cat that had been hit by a car."
He got out of the car and checked the motionless black cat, and found that it had almost the same characteristics as Loki, with short black hair, the same shaped chin and ears, and even scars on the body!
Loki was thought to have died after being hit by a car.
At around 5 pm on Monday, April 15, a grieving Sonoras burst into tears and he and his girlfriend took Loki’s body to a corner of their yard, dug a hole to bury their feline friend’s body, and performed a heartbreaking farewell funeral.
Sonoras said: "We dug a hole in a beautiful tree, shared wonderful memories, and we wanted Loki to run free in his little piece of paradise. It makes me very sad to say goodbye to him."
Nathan Sonoras buried what he thought was Loki on April 15.
Sonoras couldn't sleep that night. The next morning, he told Loki's father, who lived across the street and also knew Loki, what happened. Just as he was talking about burying him last night, he suddenly heard Loki's familiar meow!
The second morning after Loki was buried, he came back, meowing behind Sonoras.
Hear a familiar voice.
"I just said Loki was dead and we just buried him yesterday," he said. "At that moment, behind me, I heard Loki's meow. Turns out, there it was."
Loki seemed to rise from the dead.
Sonoras turned his head and found Loki standing behind him, as if he was getting ready to go home after a walk, with a puzzled expression. This shocked Sonoras and his father. He quickly picked up Loki, and Loki stared at him with wide eyes like a baby. Nathan thought that it was hard for Loki to miraculously rise from the dead like in movies or mythical stories. There is no denying that this is incredible.
Sonoras said: "My father was also shocked. Loki was somehow still alive."
Since then, the cat rarely walks outside.
Is there another cat buried in the backyard? Is Loki resurrected? We may never know, but Sonoras doesn't care about such questions. He was happy to have his friend back.
Sonoras said: "Am I waking up in a parallel universe where Loki is not dead? Or do I want it to die and resurrect?" Only Loki knows this question. Now, Sonoras keeps it indoors more for its safety.
