Temasek s investment company invests 115 million yuan to support AddVita to build an Asian medical distribution platform

AddVita plans to further acquire niche-friendly businesses, build a sustainable business ecosystem, and invite like-minded companies to join this vision to jointly build the most trusted and influential healthcare distribution network in Asia.

Temasek's investment company SeaTown announced that it has invested up to RMB 115 million in local health care and life science distribution company AddVita through its private equity fund Seatown Private Capital Master Fund, supporting the company to expand its Asian business and establish a regional leading medical distribution platform.

Ru Dixin, executive general manager of private equity investment at Shicheng Holdings, said: "Medical distribution is a resilient industry with long-term growth potential. We support AddVita to empower small and medium-sized enterprises, expand the coverage and influence of Asian medical services, and believe that the company will stand out in the region and create significant value."

Shicheng Holdings mainly focuses on Asia and provides investment opportunities in regional private equity, private equity credit and theme-based open securities markets.

Established in 2024, AddVita adopts the "M&A integration" strategy, focusing on acquiring small and medium-sized medical, laboratory and drug distribution companies with leading positions in the Asian market, and emphasizes decentralized management to provide a stable development platform and collaboration network for its subsidiaries.
